Welcome to Since1982, a platform for purchasing exclusive, limited-edition art and clothing. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

We specialize in limited-edition prints and t-shirts. Once sold out, these items will not be restocked.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • We accept payments via credit cards and Klarna.

  • All prices include VAT.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will honor the lowest price displayed.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • International Shipping: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of £15. Delivery times are typically 1-2 weeks for international orders.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative item.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is in its original condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for both refunds and exchanges.

  • All items are eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment will be refunded within 14 days.

  • Orders canceled after shipment will be refunded once the item has been returned.

6. User Accounts

  • You may purchase items via guest checkout or create an account during checkout.

  • You can manage your account via the My Accounts section.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in the case of misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain copyright over all product images, designs, and descriptions. Content from our website may not be downloaded, used, or reproduced for personal or business purposes without our permission.

8. Warranties and Liability

  • We do not offer warranties or guarantees. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Items are shipped via a tracked service. If an item is lost in transit, we will refund or replace the item.

  • We disclaim responsibility for external links or third-party services such as Klarna and shipping companies.

9. Compliance with UK Consumer Law

We adhere to UK consumer rights, including:

  • Quality: Goods must be of satisfactory quality, not faulty or damaged.

  • Fit for Purpose: Goods must be suitable for their intended use.

  • As Described: Goods must match the description provided at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds: Consumers have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. After 30 days, you may request a repair or replacement.

  • We occasionally offer promotions and discount codes. Generally, only one code may be used per purchase per customer.
